A legal case concerning the family trust of beverage empire founder Pierre Castel has reached the Supreme Court in Singapore.

Rupert Murdoch entered into a legal conflict with his children, which has since been resolved, after he attempted to reopen his family trust.

An estimated $83 trillion in assets is expected to be transferred from an aging generation to their heirs or foundations over the next two decades in what is called the "Great Wealth Transfer".
