Compass Pathways is studying its synthetic psilocybin, COM360, for treatment-resistant depression, which affects 4 million people in the U.S., and for PTSD, which affects over 13 million.

In one of its late-stage studies, Compass Pathways found that 25% of patients experienced a significant reduction in depression symptoms after a single administration of its COM360 psilocybin treatment.

In a second late-stage study by Compass Pathways, 40% of patients showed a meaningful reduction in depression symptoms after treatment with COM360.
